Eastside Strong
Eastside Strong is a high-energy circuit training class in which participants will either work solo or with a partner to move through exercise stations designed to improve cardiovascular fitness while building strength. Every class will include a warm-up period, an exciting circuit workout, and a cool-down period focused on building core strength.
